Other appointment times may be available by special request.

Consultations and commercial inspections are also available and need to be scheduled separately.

Sign agreement & send payment

1-2 days before your inspection, you’ll receive a Home Inspection Agreement and Invoice. Sign, pay, and submit electronically.

Payment Policies: I accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), ACH, Paypal or check made payable to LB Spaces.

Payment is due prior to home inspection. Inspection will not be performed without payment.

Agreement must be signed prior to home inspection. Inspection will not be performed without signed contract.

Returned checks will incur a fee of $100 in addition to bank fees.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Any inspection canceled (scheduled and contracted) less than 48 hours in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
